Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects within the warranty period as described below. Improper installation of power tubes(incorrect or no rebiasing), or malfunctioning gear is not considered a tube manufacturing defect and is not covered under any warranty.
Please contact us at djp@optonline.net before returning any tubes so we can do some troubleshooting first. Once we have decided that the tubes are defective, please send them, along with a copy of our email correspondence via First Class USPS to:
