GT 12AX7-R
Groove Tubes select Russian type, slightly brighter and lower gain, excellent for most Fenders.
GT 12AX7-R3
Great for Marshalls and Fenders. Sweet warm mid range tone, complements tone of European amps.
GT ECC83S
European, very linear, or true, tone...might be best bet for bass. The standard tube of Marshall and Vox amps.
GT 12AX7-C
Groove Tubes select Chinese offering, warm, round fat tone, not too bright.
GT-KT66C
New and exclusive GT design. An exact copy of legendary Gold Lion "valve" from the Eric Clapton "Blues Breaker" Marshall combo. Considered by many (including us!) to be the ultimate tube for guitar amps. Big fat bottom, crisp highs, very warm and a springboard response that make playing fun again! Highly recommended for Fender type amps.
GT 6L6S
Slovakian made with high power and very aggressive dynamic tone...punchier sounding but still a sweet tone.
GT 6L6GE
A matched duet of a faithful reproduction of the original General Electric "clear top" tube made on the original GE machines and with many original materials. In stock. Check the online catalogue for current pricing..
GT 6L6-CHP
GT exclusive design high performance 6L6 Black Plate with heat sink wings like the GT E34LS and KT88SV. Very strong, smooth, and linear. Fantastic in Fender Hot Rod Deluxe, Deville, etc.
GT 5881
GT exclusive design high power 5881 short bottle. This is a very high vacuum tube that is very stable. It's sweet tone but defined character was a mainstay in the Fender tweed era amps of the 1950s and early 1960s.
The tube's short height allows easy use in amps such as Mesa rack mount amps and Marshall power blocks with ease.
GT-E34-LS
Slovakian EL34, similar to JJ E34L but with heat sink wings and 30 watts plate dissipation.
GT-EL34-M
Reproduction of a classic EL-34 XF2 Dual Getter tube. There were a number of variants of the original tube and GT chose the classic XF2 dual getter version to reproduce.
