The Tung-Sol name has been acquired by the New Sensor Corporation. This new production Tungsol tube is manufactured at the Reflektor plant in Saratov, Russia. Warm and big musically. High gain, super low microphonics, and superb linearity with a three dimensional tone.

Very balanced sound, low noise and microphonics probably due to the return of shorter plate structure. Balanced tubes work best in the 1st spot of the "3TM ADA Mod".

This is the Penta Labs select Chinese version of the 9th gen Shuguang 12AX7. I found these in high end recording gear and decided to carry them. They are very warm and articulate, with low noise and microphonics. The Penta / Shuguang 12AX7A is made in China by the Shuguang factory exclusively for Penta Laboratories.
Sovtek 12AX7 WC
These are the most recent incarnation of the rugged, low noise Sovtek 7025/12AX7, and are much higher gain than the WA and WB. These can withstand higher cathode voltages in Soldanos like the LP's.
GT 12AX7-R3
Great for Marshalls and Fenders. Sweet warm mid range tone, complements tone of European amps.
GT ECC83S
European, very linear, or true, tone...might be best bet for bass. The standard tube of Marshall and Vox amps.
